In life, in any situation, you may think of one thing. But take few minutes to think it over, you may create a new opinion and a new point of view.
I like his choice in elements to make up a face.
PHO, phở,
Pho is the traditional dish in Vietnam.
This dish is heavily influenced by Chinese and French cuisine.
Ingredients
Pork/Ox bones broth, noodles, rare beef, and herbs.
Limes, meatballs, egg, chili, sauces.
History
It is found in North Vietnam in the mid 1880s.
It is told there are 2 Chinese settlers selling rice noodles with chicken broth.
During that time, French people also introduce Pot au Feu and the way to eat rare beef to Vietnamese cuisine.
It is mixture of vegetables and pork bones stewed together for long period.
Finally, we put them together to have the first Pho
Then, It is developed and popularized during 20th century.
Now, we have many more ways to make the broth, and more ingredients to lift up the flavors.
How it taste
It is light, delicate, a bit sour from lemon, refreshing of herbs, chewy from medium rare beef, and creamy of egg.
I like it because not only it is delicious but also the dish I used to grew up with.
